Welcome to our Skin Cream Assessment #1!
A cosmetic safety assessment – or CPSR – is a document, prepared and signed by a qualified cosmetic safety assessor, that confirms whether or not a particular product complies with UK and EU cosmetic regulation. All cosmetic products placed on the UK and EU markets must have a cosmetic safety assessment.
An assessment is the first step in being able to sell a cosmetic product and our Skin Cream Assessment #1 will allow you to make them in 10 of our most luxurious, spa type & skin cream scents along with a wide choice of colours (Please note that a few of the dyes/micas included in our other assessments are not suitable for skin creams - please refer to the list below).
The assessment will include a recipe and method which makes the process simple
